Alysia is a Certified Coach, Breathwork Facilitator & Retreat Curator who is deeply passionate about self-development, exploring what makes us who we are and what we can do to continue to become who we're meant to be, free from the shackles of our lives, limited beliefs and blocks.

She supports retreat hosts and guests by creating and holding safe space for connection, healing, transformation, and personal growth. With an eye for detail and a heart for service, she ensures each retreat is a truly immersive, intentional, and embodied experience for all.

Raymond (You can call him Tio) is the heart of this home and kitchen, bringing people together form all over, providing quality service, food and a one-of-a-kind Baja Experience to all who visit us!
Raymond has built Casa del Tío over the last five years and is a passionate host who loves sharing the unique Baja lifestyle with others. As the retreat chef, and owner of Cebollajo, our resident restaurant, he brings local fresh flavours to life, crafting nourishing pescatarian (or vegan) Oaxacan-inspired cuisine that complements the transformative retreat experience.
His warmth and hospitality create a welcoming space for deep connection and restoration. Alysia and Raymond work together blending their skills, experience and passions into one through their service to guests and to each other in partnership.
Casa del Tio
Casa del Tío is a serene accomidation space designed for comfort, connection, movement and creativity. , Accommodating 4 to 11 guests, the main house features a cozy common area, kitchen, a yoga/facilitation room with stunning views, and a rooftop patio offering breathtaking 360° views of the Sea of Cortez, mountains, and cactus forest. Accommodations include three double-occupancy rooms in the main house—one with a private patio, outdoor shower, and entrance, and a master suite with a private bathroom. For a unique stay, three luxury glamping tents provide a peaceful retreat, with access to shared outdoor showers and toilets.
